Light Blue Dust - Deosut Fae
"Light blue Dust is rare. Very rare. So rare, in fact, that it's actual use is still unknown. Some say that it can give the owner the ability to read minds. I believe that this is purely fictional. I do, however, believe that the Dust promotes tranquility. Like a clear morning sky, the light blue has a calming effect.
