There was a child in the casino. Granted, the mystery should have been why is there a child here, but the real question asked was more along the lines of, why does this child look like she knows what she’s doing?

Hinako did not, in fact, know what she was doing, and had somehow managed to slip into the casino unnoticed- not that it was her intention, not when she was pretty lost herself. Still, every respectable casino had a reception desk specifically equipped for dealing with lost children, and so Hinako was prepared to go and ask for directiooooooh was that a bar?

She had been around Kuroko long enough to know what to do at a bar.

He bumped into Olivia at random-- she was heading home from work, and he chose to walk with her. Somehow or another, the two of them got along after a certain amount of time. There was something about Olivia that made Slaine feel comfortable; an adult he could look up to, one that didn’t have an eerie aura. Sure their walk was quiet, but he didn’t mind it.

He looked at her when she mentioned the rain, and noticed one fall on her cheek. His curious gaze shifted to the sky. But... it was still sunny. Is this what they called a sunny shower? He almost wanted to spin around in the rain, it was heart warming, despite the cold season.

“There’s a cafe I like to go to around here. We can go inside and warm up, if your brother doesn’t mind waiting on you a little longer.” he smiled lightly, but the rain started to pour a lot faster. It was faster than the usual rain when there was clouds. It was so surreal, Slaine almost didn’t believe it was there in the first place.

“We should hurry.” he took off his jacket and handed it to her, as he noticed she didn’t have one in the first place. When he was done helping her put it on, he walked on ahead, and slowed down for her every now and then so she could catch up.

“I mostly push to staying in during the night hours but-” She paused. “There are some things to enjoy only in the abyss of the night. Stargazing, for one- Campouts, Some games too.”

She laughed, then quickly turned serious.

“Though...the dark also has its flaws, many flaws, ones I do not wish to repeat..” She whimpered. “Let us think of something else.”

“Weddings!!!” She yelped in the joy of the thought. “A huge Catholic church, one with the stained glass windows and morals on the ceilings!! The entrancing pillars and stone carvings!! A huge organ, a VAST capacity nave- meaning a long and dramatic walk to the preacher's pulpit!!”

She sighed as she imagined it. 

“White rose petals covering the aisle- and the groom in a perfectly formed tuxedo with a white rose in his pocket in front of the handkerchief...” Ashe giggled. “Sorry I’ll stop- I’d be here all day imagining it~”

Kiki leans his head back against the counter, staring at people walk by. his mind is lost in thought, not even remembering he ordered something.

His eyes close, listening to the noises of the crowded bar. In the lost of it all he feels a tugging at his hair, making him jolt back to his senses and turned around.

“Oh- Sorry- Thanks for the drink Olivia”

5. If you could give your muse one gift, what would you give them?

If I had to give him an actual gift and not something like ‘happiness’ or ‘a bright future’ it’d be one crucial, important thing.

A slow cooker.

You can cook good meals in it without all the effort of a regular oven. It’s a godsend.

9. Do you enjoy putting your muse through angst? What do you think would break their heart the most?

Yes and no~. It’s painful because I love this idiot, but the thing that would break their heart the most would be his brother’s death. 

11. What do you hate about your muse? 

He is never honest with his feelings. I understand why he isn’t and I’m the same way but it’s frustrating to watch someone else go through it.
