This speaks volumes…. ✅ If you find yourself being a frequent “critic”, try to harness that negative energy in a more positive way. Be a supporter. Encourage positive feedback. Attack the problem and not the person. Be willing to take chances and educated/calculated risks. Don’t be a Debbie Downer… ✅ If you find yourself being a frequent “talker”, find a better and more efficient way to implement your plans. Create an annual business plan that you revisit each month. Be receptive to others ideas and thoughts. Create value for others and they in turn will “do for you”. Grow together. Implement… ✅ If you find yourself being a “doer” be willing to share that knowledge with others. Don’t hoard it. Encourage others versus discouraging them. Share your plan with others, but know and understand that everyone is different. Deviations to their plan to support one’s skill sets is a good thing. We don’t all think the same. We should embrace differences and capitalize on them versus shutting them down. We can all learn from one another. 👊 We all have 24 hours each and every day. 🚨 DID YOU KNOW? 😇 Did you know that statistically that the higher your credit the less likely you are to go in default of your mortgage? If fact, 40% of clients out there have credit scores above 750 and their probably of default is only a minuscule 1%. The enclosed chart shows the probability of default for different credit scores thereafter. In short, the higher your credit score the lower your interest rate to due a decreased likelihood of going delinquent on your mortgage. This also applies to the interest rates you’ll get on credit cards, car notes and so forth.
