For that anon who just became vegetarian. I've been one for six years. It can be hard at first, especially kind of rewiring your brain around food. One thing I did was make recipes and substituted the meat for something. Ex chicken for eggplant. Or just take out the meat all together and add more veggies. And if you can't think of anything to make, make some rice, throw some vegetables in a pot with one of those boxes of soup let that cook down. Was my go to in the early days.

Oh yeah, definitely. I’ve been a vegetarian since I was a kid and it’s pretty much all about rewiring how you deal with food. Like I couldn’t imagine ever trying to eat meat again. Eggplant is a good meat replacement. Mushrooms, beets, and potatoes even are also pretty good substitutes.

my freshman year of high school, this curly-haired kid named Woody was one of the first friends I made and would end up being basically one of the best friends I've ever had seriously
