I had a dream where my cosplay group, Derp Improv, was at an American convention (a big one too, don't remember which one, but I know we said it when we were there.) and we were doing RWBY (Court as Blake, myself as Weiss, Cal as Ruby and Ash as Yang. Don't ask me why court and cal are switched...)
Anyways, it was during the judging ceremony for the cosplay contest, when this one dude like whacks me over the head and I was like "Who the fuck do you think you are." So I turn around and it was this dude named Braden whom I had gone to school with who had been really popular, and one of his friends, and I was kinda like "Da fuq?" and asked him why they were there/ when they got into anime and stuff. He replied with "We decided to come today and it looks pretty cool. Of course, our costumes are better."
They weren't, and I knew he wasn't joking. Our costumes looked fantastic, where as theirs looked like they were made out of old clothes and cardboard. (The friend I think was being a Halo character...he had a helmet and what looked like armor so...) Being me, I had to be the asshole who proves them wrong, so I grabbed Ruby's weapon, pressed a button and it started morphing into her blade and the two were kinda like "OMG NO WAI" so then I grabbed Blakes and did the same before the other two showed off their weapons (someone else showed off mine.)
Then the people were all like "Ok, if you've won a prize, please sit in these chairs, otherwise, sit on the floor. If you're in a chair, you can't win another prize, but if you are sitting on the floor, it means you've won one of the higher prizes/ titles." so we were all freaking out like "Did we get one???" and then I see Court sitting in a chair and I'm like "Did we win one?" and she was like "Oh I dunno." so she got up and the people were all confused like "Did you win or not?" and we really didn't know, so they started going through the winners and we were the second one in there, so we were like "Omg that's us! We did win omg!" and they were like "Omg you guys pay attention."
So Court went and sat back down and I told her I hadn't folded her weapon back properly before sticking it in the holster, so to be careful and she was like "Yeah ok."
And then I woke up, so I have no idea what we won, but that still felt flippin awesome knowing we won something :D
