Thor sneaks in late into the evening. He hopes this bundle of excitement goes over well with his brother as it has already tried to eat Mjölnir twice now...... A pup of the hounds of Asgard is left with a green bow in Loki's apartment. It's sound asleep on the bed when Loki arrives.

At first Loki looked at it face pale, but as the dog woke and came to him, barking and nuzzling his hand merrily, Loki smiled.

"Brother you bastard, leaving before I could say thank you," He said, getting down on his knees so he could be face to face with the pup who would grow to be as tall as he was when he was laid out. It slept with him that night, and every night after.

Loki felt the cold ball hit his skin on the side of his head as he walked aimlessly in his own head. It took him a mere few seconds to spot Thor on the other side of a car, preparing another snow ball for him. He quickly dogged behind a car of his own, reaching into the snow pile on the side of the road so he could create his own missiles.

"A valiant effort, Brother, but I shall return it in kind," Loki called over the car, moving to the front bumper to get a better look on where his brother was. It didn't matter that they were now thousands of years old, or that they looked to all the Midgardian's as if they were fully grown adults, this was a battle between brothers and it wouldn't end until someone surrendered. Loki saw Thor's head peak out from around the car, and quickly launched his snow ball at the blonde, whipping it in a large arch over the roof of the car Thor was using as a shield.

((Hey guys:

I have absolutely no system to replying, besides going through my activity and finding threads and then responding to them. This is a poor system because I get confused on where I'm at on the page and what I've done and haven't done. I also read replies on my phone some times before I get to the computer.

This means that sometimes I don't respond for weeks thinking that I did write a response and you missed it and don't want to talk to me, and I feel horrible about bothering people so I just leave it alone until I go through my threads links one day and realize I MISSED THE REPLY!!!

So if I haven't said anything in a while, private message me a link to our thread and say that it's my turn. Unless I specifically tell you I want to stop, it is always that I missed the reply and don't remember that I missed it.

Please don't be afraid to come and tell me if I'm ignoring you. I don't mean it at all.

I am sorry to everyone I role play with, but it's finals week, and stress, and life, so replies will be a little slow if not nonexistent. Please excuse the mun while she extends puff levels to max.

He smiles, "Brother, you are so wise. Such a thing would bring her joy! I will do just this and surely she will find my presence more favorable." He wraps his arms around his brother, hugging him tightly before letting go and stepping away, "I will be sure to mention your assistance in this!" Now he just has to figure out where to find them.

"Oh, then she would think that I myself were giving you advice, and that the gift was insincere. You should take full credit for such things." Loki suggested, a smile wandering across his lips.

At that moment Banner wandered through.

"Oh, Hello Thor." He said, a little reluctant to talk to the god since he was always so energetic. The greeting was sincere, though.

"I have not forgotten the long hours it takes you to enjoy your meals," it's perhaps his meanest criticism. Loki was always such a finicky eater, Thor had more than once worried he would grow weak from lack of nourishment. He shakes his head, "Their customs are strange. They say take what I require but then I do, the Widow becomes angered. I have replaced the elixir but she still seems most annoyed with my presence." The Widow's last round of scolding was still legend at SHIELD.

Loki smiled.

"Perhaps she does not like you. You should try to win her affections with something considerate." Loki suggested.

"Perhaps you should give her a gift, something that is relevant to her life and work." He pretended to ponder it.

"Perhaps the arachnid that is her namesake." He knew the spider was poisonous, though how something so small could be as deadly as the Humans claimed he was unsure.

"It is a collection of meat between two pieces of round bread with a variety of vegetables and cheese. They are not made of ham but of cow. Migardian's have a strange way of naming things." He nods, tilting his head to the side, "She is very possessive of her magic hair elixir- the Man of Iron tells me it is okay to use it and then she becomes enraged! It is the cake of cheese matter all over again."

Loki thought about what Thor was saying.

"Yes I have had it. I am not a fan. I prefer my foods separated. Conjoining them destroys the flavor, and you remember our parents constant mantra about your eating habits when we were younger." the dark haired god reminded the blonde.

"Yes, well you could always ask Antony for your own bottle of the elixir. He is obliged to accommodate, and I am certain it will save you Lady Romanoff's wrath." His mind drifted back to the cheese cake debate again, a sinister smile gracing his lips for a moment as he remembered Natasha's face as she scolded Thor about eating whole pies by himself.

He thinks, grins, he wants to wear that old vestment? He laughs, "I know of the garment of which you speak. I will bring it on my return." Thor stands, shifting his feet- how does Loki sit so still for so long? "I have been busy assisting with the preparations and surveying Migard. The Man of Iron has been most generous, though I am very certain the Widow is angered by my presence." He pauses, "Brother, have you had a hamburger?"

Loki considered it for a moment.

"I am uncertain if I have or not. Antony is rather vague when he introduces me to knew foods. It would take some describing to decide if I have experienced it or not." He pondered this for a moment.

"Why would Lady Romanoff be displeased with you?"
