I feel like the only girls who really know about idols and akihabara, know Japanese and have potential are Ally Sally, Ami Nyan, Ruki Chan, and Keekihime. The rest are either bandwaging it or just clueless. Ally Sally are kind of old though, AmiNyan hardly uploads videos, Ruki already had her big break and Keeki even though shes an idol has a shit attitude. Your opinion?
I agree with you on some parts. Those girls do have potential but that’s because they work hard for it and put in extra effort. There are more girls who do put in that effort that the girls listed do as well but they just don’t push hard enough to get passed the competition. It pisses me off to see how most girls just put on a pretty outfit, dance in front of a camera for her YouTube channel and expect some big producer to come swoop her up. THAT’S NOT HOW THE REAL WORLD WORKS.I’m sorry to break it to you all, but it’s the truth. If you want to be an aidoru, whether it be “net-aidoru” “akiba aidoru” etc etc. You need to put yourself out there and make it so that you’re different among the rest! Send in demos, photographs, and profiles to producers! Make your name known! Also, when auditioning and sending in demos, research the company and the other idols/candidates in the company. Look for what the producer may want/look for in an aidoru and see if you can fit the producer’s criteria. Most importantly:PRACTICE JAPANESEI can’t stress this enough. This is a business and you need to be able to communicate. Communication is key. You don’t even have to be FLUENT, you can be semi-fluent or something. Just make sure you can hold a conversation.Another thing, if you’re aiming to be a aidoru:SWIMSUIT SHOTS ARE A PLUSI’m tired of girls saying “I wanna be an aidoru~ OMG BUT I AM NOT TAKING PICTURES IN A SWIMSUIT FOR ALL THE PERVERTS. NEVER! NOPE!” Hun, that’s honestly what’ll get you far. Swimsuit shots and photobooks are big money makers. And if you make a lot of money for the company, they’ll promote you more. If you refuse to take swimsuit shots and stuff, that’s fine. You’ll just flop away soon enough.Basically, to summarize my rant thing, I agree with you but the rest of the dancer committee can do it too if they put in more effort!
