Time Aboard Rhona

The SV Rhona H is another tall ship that docks near us in Hobart. They are much small than the Windeward Bound and fore and aft rigged instead of square-rigged. One of our casual volunteers also volunteers on Rhona and he said I could come for a twilight sail on my day off if I wanted. It was a great time out on the Derwent River and the sailing was a lot different than on Winde.

Sunset clause
This evening’s sunset, a little past it’s best! I looked at the glowing sky as I finished work and “raced” through traffic to Rosy Hill to capture this looking over the Tasman Bridge and Cornelian Bay .. on my phone. Of course, the one time I didn’t throw my camera in the ute! After a bit of a mix up with my host’s travel plans, I’m moving out of my “house-sit” tomorrow, into another neighbor’s…
