@derwolfsmantel I will totally send you mails and such if I need to talk about things. You have been there for me a lot and I really do appreciate you and everything you've done. I am also sorry you have to live with anxiety, it's a sucky thing to live with and I honestly never understood what people meant about it until a couple months back. Thank you for listening and advising! @holy-chow I will probably have to look into the melatonin thing. And probably set my bed time earlier then usual just to make sure I get to bed at a decent time. I just have a funky need for certain hours of sleep. I can be happy and peppy all day with 2-4 hours a day, but if I sleep any more then 6 I feel like poop and feel more tired then I should be. Gosh I'm talking to you like you're a sleep expert haha, sorry Vana. Thank you also for the ideas and help, you're a wonderful person and I'm so glad I have you as a friend <3
@derwolfsmantel I can't exactly not have my cell phone near me when I sleep. If work calls I have to answer, especially since I work base security. On top of that, they are constantly switching my schedule around from days to nights so it's hard as fuck to keep a routine. @chocolatechilipepper You're telling me, I hate this command and the lack of medical professionals we have. I don't exactly know why I can't sleep. Some nights I'm anxious, some nights I just can't get comfortable, but I think I'm just thinking too much when I "try" to go to bed. And I can't shut the brain down so I have to try extra hard to shut down. Which I think is keeping me up more I don't know.
