the thesis of this post is that this is a trans song, because you know that post about how every superhero who includes a gender signifier in their superhero name is trans? like that. also because every inch of this frame instills in me a dissatisfaction with my gendered features etc etc

i am in fine fucking form tonight. which is to say i have two important things to do, and i am not doing either of them. because i love self-sabotage and i hate being functional. and that is the best time to write a thirstpost.

objectively this video is kind of bad. the audio is excellent. but the video is kind of bad. it’s shakycam and the faces he pulls are absurd and he keeps messing with his earpiece. i love it though, cause the faces he pulls are absurd and the way he grips the microphone at the beginning is uncomfortably intense and the slight variations on the guitar are fucking bone-rattling.

there’s the enunciation, because the click of it on That One Line is always absolutely murderous. there’s my atomic curiosity about the storyline as a whole. there’s its easy applicability to any and all issues locked in the curio cabinet of my chest cavity

i am ridiculously overdramatic about this song. i love it so much
