Got my PM miles in and got to add on a bonus run in the desert this evening. Kicked my ass because of a v strong head wind but I got it done. Then I demolished dinner. All in all, a good evening.

It was far too warm this evening when I opted for a run but I did the damn thing anyway and proceeded to nom as soon as I finished assembling the salad. 😄

My plan was to walk out 2 miles and get a ride home. Then the music I was listening to changed said plan and I turned around at the 2mi mark and ran home instead. I can see why people choose trail running. Something about it... Can't quite place it yet but it felt right, aside from constant surveying for rattlesnakes anyway.

My hip definitely felt the impact so I have a date with an ice pack and some heavy duty NSAIDS, shortly.
