Yes, not having kept Caladiums indoors but from what I know about some of their relatives... I would assume Caladiums are no more difficult to keep indoors than some of the other fancy aroids out there. So, potentially difficult depending on your growing conditions but plenty of people do it without too much trouble.
I thought of the BEST pun that I gotta share with you because you're the plant AND anarchy dude. I named my yucca plant Duranguito after the first barrio in my city, which has been occupied by protectors since September because the (fucking corrupt) city officials are trying to steal the land and bulldoze it to build an arena. "Plantón" is both a botanical word for seedling and a Mexican term for a sit-in. SO I'm painting "Plantón Duranguito" on the pot and I'm so proud of my stupid pun tbh

Embarrassingly frequently I vaguely remember this post but forget the fact that it turns out to be a joke at the end and confuse it with actual facts

"Mastery, Tyranny, and Desire" by Trevor Burnard is about a Jamaican slave owner and it's horrifying but very informative about colonial slavery, and "Roll, Jordan, Roll: The World the Slaves Made" by Eugene Genovese explores the creolized culture developed by slaves in the Southern US and it was the first study (I think) that acknowledges slaves' resistance to cultural oppression
