I finally can listen to my source material!! I don't burst into tears when I hear Cecil or Carlos anymore!!! I feel truly happy, not... artificially, and it's wonderful!!!

I can't talk about that to our partner (he's Cecil fictionkin but has bpd and was kinda triggered when I mentioned it) but I really miss Carlos...
I feel so bad when I realize I can't share with our partner anything apart from horrible and traumatic things that happened to me. Don't get me wrong, there aren't too much truly happy moments I remember, not artificially-happy, but it's painful to suppress them and force myself to keep them to me. I want to share but don't want to trigger Cec, so probably gonna appear there sometimes ┐(´ー｀)┌
