As predominantly nocturnal creatures they like to sleep during the day in tree holes or other small caves (shoes are very popular so be careful when dressing!) And at night they go on foraging. The caterpillars eat mainly dandelion, while the adult moths prefer grown up dandelion. For the first time, I met them on my journey to the South of Asia. After a careful rapprochement, they no longer give in to me and some have accompanied me back to Berlin. However, as the moth family is growing steadily, I am looking for new homes for my fluttering friends.
