We’ve just installed this very masculine home bar for our client. This room will be used for entertaining pre and post dinner. The cabinetry has been designed to showcase his finest whisky’s and other spirits. There’s room to lay down a few bottles of his finest red wine too. We’ve included djustable glass shelves for the crystal glasses and base cabinets for extra storage including cigars. There’s remote controlled dimmable led lighting and a small built in table. The room will eventually have lounge chairs either side of the table. Returning to a client to fit an extra unit to match the office we fitted out earlier this year. It’s a tall storage unit to hide the alarm control panel as well as to provide some extra storage. It’s always a relief when you offer the pre-cut back panels to the wall and the openings are exactly in the right place!! Some before and after pics of our most recent kitchen project. Our lovely clients wanted to update their space. We handled the entire project in-house from beginning to end. The space was carefully ripped out, entirely rewired and plumbed, and fitted with a new consumer unit to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. The new kitchen is a contemporary shaker style dark green. Handles are antique bronze to match the taps. Some before and after pictures of a recent kitchen we did. The original kitchen lacked space and the dark wooden worktops sucked up the light making the spacing uninspiring. Our designed involved removing the old floor and re-tiling throughout, the fabric of this Victorian terrace needed a little reworking, the walls were strengthened with ply and evened out as was the sub-floor. The new shaker style kitchen is in a dark green with a Matt finish. Solid quartz worktops give that wow factor and reflect the light making the space inviting. New lighting throughout enhances the space. We also added a bespoke dining area under the window in solid oak. Good progress on the kitchen project. Nick @whitingshomeomprovements has taken a massive dip out of the floor, and boarded the walls with ply. That’s the trouble with old properties, you never know quite how bad things are until you start stripping away the layers. Plumbers and electricians have done their first fixes.
