Pestilence is the fusion child of Nightmare Sans and Reaper Sans! As a nickname, she prefers to go by Pestil!
She’s a plague doctor who heals using the power of her white goop, however she has goop that harms. Black goop coats her hands, forearms, calves, feet, and the entirety of the inside of her skull.
This black goop brings terminal illness to whoever comes in contact with it— said illness ranging anywhere from the plague to severe depression. She’s incredibly careful about this though— wearing white so she can immediately catch anything that seeps through.
