1. less carbonated drinks and more consumption of water 2. infusing water with fruits and veggies, like lemons and cucumbers, for additional nutrients 3. ample sleep for your body to function properly 4. less processed foods, red meats, white carbs 5. more vegetables, fruits, nuts 6. a bath and soothing music to de-stress your mind. decreased stress level = less fat hormone known as cortisol (more on this later) 7.
