OH YES I HAVE THE PERF IDEA--

It brought Eos great pain every time he saw the look on Basilia’s face whenever they were around children.
She would always look so overjoyed - so ecstatic to see children, that one of her hands would undoubtedly go to her own belly. He could see how much she wanted children.
But then, her expression would shift. Her eyes would dull and her hand would drop away from her belly like a heavy stone, and hang lifeless at her side. Her smile would disappear. Sadness would emanate off her.
Eosphoros knew that this was because she was the embodiment of destruction itself; why else would Charon, a Yveltal, a god among Pokemon, choose to stay faithfully by her side? Her power knew no bounds. She could level whole cities, raze forests, hell, she could cleave a mountain in half if she so desired.
It broke the Jirachi’s heart.
But he knew she could have a child. She was a woman, she was fertile, and it was fully natural. She may be the embodiment of destruction, but nothing could her body from doing something that it was made to do; something that only one with said female biology could do.
Create a child.
He flitted from his perch, shifting to his Whimsicott form with practised ease. He landed next to her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders. She tensed, for a moment, then wrapped one of her ears around him, her arms crossing over her chest.
“Eos,” she greeted, her voice unwavering. A smile pulled at his lips. Of course it would be unwavering.
“Basilia, my darling,” he mused, nuzzling her head with his nose, “would it be alright if I promised you something?”
“Depends on what you’re going to promise,” she purred, clearly believing that this conversation was going to go in an entirely different direction.
Eosphoros chuckled, then grasped one of her hands in his, “my darling, I am going to promise you a child.”
He had never seen Basilia’s expression go from flirtatious to shocked so quickly. There was a sparkle of hope in her deadly eyes, and disbelief in her parted lips.
“... ... a child?” she repeated, her voice choked. He nodded.
“No matter how long it takes.”
He soon found himself engulfed in all of her limbs, Charon flapping around them and cackling, as the Yveltal did. The Gothipunny’s familiar sounded pleased with this promise. Eos was glad to know that he was accepted by the other legendary.
Eos easily held Basilia against him, and he shoulders shook with what he knew to be sobs, even if no sound left her.
