I mean, I think lame white guys have been at the forefront of instrumental/edm trap which is why I don't really fuck w it. As far as I've been able to tell, juke has been very separate from trap until like, REALLY recently.

that's actually rather comforting. he was recently described as a 'funnier aphex twin' and that just sort of made my blood run cold. to me, he represents just about everything wrong with 'idm'/breakcore/etc. and when people start going on about how brilliant he is i just mumble to myself and walk on home.
