Hello??? They're a child. Tf do you expect them to do?? Pay taxes? I understand if its a bratty/bully character but otherwise, kids are supposed to be childish. If you have a problem with kids acting like kids do, then take a good long look at yourself in the mirror.
For example, take Ayumi from Detco. I've heard many people say that she and the detective boys are annoying. Like, sure, your opinion. But then I hear them dare utter the words "Ugh, I hate how they're so cringe and childish"

Those are kids. Literal children that are just having fun.
