My next Anime that I will cover is... *drum roll* Dangan Rompa! This is an action/suspense/horror type anime. It is 13 episodes long, and is rated tv-14! Summary: Hope’s Peak Academy is an exclusive private school that only accepts the best of the best. Graduates of this elite – yet enigmatic – institution have the world at their fingertips, but getting a cap and gown is easier said than done. The hallowed halls are ruled by the sadistic administrator Monobear, who declares that the only way to pass the class is by sending a fellow student home in a body bag. (Summary by Funimation) Pros: The suspense is amazing, several times they surprised me when they found the killer! The art is well done, especially during the punishment scenes. Cons: Definitely too few of episodes, because of this the anime as a whole felt a little rushed. So really you couldn't get too attached with the characters... Which was fine seeing that a lot of them died. The was a few parts of some really foul language if that offends you, it doesn't seem to be spread across the whole anime, just small almost "burst" of it. They made the blood pink, which sort of off sets the tone if your looking for a horror anime. But they had to too keep it Tv14. Conclusion/final thoughts: Overall the anime as a whole was pretty awesome, and I definitely recommend that you watch it. The whole time the only person you can trust is the main character, so that definitely helps the suspense of the anime. 7 out of 10 Anime Hearts
