Whenever he wants to talk to her about something serious is when he brings a piece of candy. Edea loves sweets, Edea also seems to enjoy his company, so when something would happen where she wouldn't enjoy his company he feels worried. As the mediator, it was his job to even things out, not make her feel worse. So, he brings candy as a token to make her happier so the blow will not be as hard or the worry not so intense.
Right now he has a couple of pieces of caramel in his fingers as he, hesitantly, approaches Edea.
❝Hey...Edea?❞ Though she's wearing different clothes, it's impossible not to recognize her. ❝Could I talk to you about something?❞
