Despite the cold snap, and an injury in the first quarter, BNC was determined to win. A strong defensive presence from the teams two Heidi’s and Nat from cadets saw a significant amount of ball reversals. Bell, Mel, Lindsay and Chem tirelessly ran across the court, making solid leads and delivering the ball to the shooting circle. Beth, Chem and Marita played beautifully together, creating space and confusing the opposition. Despite a very close match, Googong slipped ahead at the end 18/16. Such a great game to watch.
