Detox Thursday is here 😋💦 today i remade my one that I loved from last week !!🙈🙊 in this one there is 1. Lemon 🍋 2. Lime 3. Orange 🍊 4. Mint and lastly 5. Cucumber !! I loved the taste of this one so much and I have no stopped making it 😁🙈 while putting this amazing detox together.. I decided to look up what each of these fruits and veggies were doing for my body .. So here is what I found :) Oranges are good for - having a significant source of vitamin C as we all now 😊 as well as good source of fibre , prevent kidney stones, reduce the risk of stomach cancer, protect against respiratory health ❤️ Lemons - help kill types of bacteria that cause acne, help with anxiety and fatigue, help get rid of cankers, help calm fevers and fight flus and colds, as well as help with eczema 😊 Limes - help with digestion, diabetes, heart disease and weight loss! 💪 Cucumber - help protect the brain, reduce risk of cancer, fight inflammation, help with digestive system, manage stress, and help maintain healthy weight ! 💃👊 Mint - help with digestion, headaches and nausea, breast-feeding, depression, skincare, cancer, and weight loss!
