IMSA celebrated ten years racing on Detroit MI’s Belle Isle with the 2019 Chevrolet Sports Car Classic where the N°73 Park Place Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R powered through the field to finish in second place.

The N°86 Acura NSX GT3 Evo leapt through the field qualifying for the 2019 Chevrolet Sports Car Classic to start on the second row at Belle Isle MI US for Michael Shank Racing.

After making a gutsy pass on this temporary circuit, AIM Vasser Sullivan held on to the newfound lead of their N°14 Lexus RC F GT3 to win the 2019 Chevrolet Sports Car Classic in Detroit MI.

With the concrete track making every turn tricky, Meyer Shank Racing out ran the Chevrolet Sports Car Classic GTD field in their N°86 Acura NSX GT3 to win their first race of 2018.

The N°48 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 parlayed their pole start for the 2018 Chevrolet Sports Car Classic into a podium spot with their third place finish.
