I thought I knew what was going to happen

I thought we had fixed the problem

We talked for hours, 

You said we were okay

You called me again

Asked me some questions

Now you’re yelling at me

Putting words in my mouth

Twisting the words coming out.

I thought we were over the insecurities

Over the doubt and mistrust

You decided this was it

I had no choice but to say okay.

I felt like I had lost everything

The next day I find out

You’re talking shit

Spreading lies

I thought you were more than this.

I never thought that it would hurt this bad.
