Exo-Force Friday: Striking Venom
I have a story to share about this set. Despite an image on the original box of a Meca One minifigure having legs, he actually was never supposed to come with them. This was reinforced on the parts list pages in the instructions. I actually called Lego's customer support line about this back in the day and they were already aware of this problem at the time and shipped me a pair of shiny golden legs for him at no cost. I think this was the most hassle-free experience I've ever had dealing with any kind of customer service problem. Does Lego even do this kind of stuff for customers nowadays?
