I just wanna make a heads up about what your about to read. It’s been a long time since I’ve played the Devil May Cry series. I enjoy the series. Especially the 2013 reboot despite the reception around it. But this is one scene and spoilers in case. I know what Mundus was trying to do or so. Yet I felt like for many years I just wanted to make this sort of thing. Because I looked back at that thing he says back to Dante before Dante says the shit that actually pisses Mundus off. Now here’s what I mean. It’s mainly a humorous and childish what if.

Mundus: What have you brought? Besides violence, war, and death!

Dante:.....are you kidding me?

Mundus:....what? Why do you say that?

Dante: You literally just said I have only brought only those three. Yet when you are actually the biggest hypocrite in the room here.

Mundus: Listen you know nothing.

Dante: Okay stop right there shut the fuck up I’m gonna speak right now! You are saying you brought structure and prosperity and all that shit. When that’s bullshit! Because you are everything that is wrong with what’s going on in the world!

Mundus: Again you know nothing!

Dante: No no shut up let me speak! Think about it. You have brainwashed people with your drinks and media, you have destroyed people’s lives, killed people, also your a overall douchebag. Also the fact you fucking killed my mom, and you literally trapped my father for all eternity, all because he fucking banged an angel. Also the fact you destroyed my life. Are you shitting me what I’ve seen there is no prosperity and structure.

Mundus: Umm.

Dante: Yeah no shit humans do shitty stuff to themselves but your no different so why the fuck are you asking me this bullshit. When you are literally the damn demon king? You are literally the biggest asshole I know. So next time how about you ask yourself of what you have brought.

Mundus:......you realized that my whole speech was me to basically rethink about everything your doing, that everything you’ve done is wrong. I was trying to make you feel like fucking shit. While giving a point.

Dante: Yeah I know that but the point part is bullshit.

Mundus:....that was the most childish gibberish I’ve had ever heard. I mean....you literally just said all that.

Dante: Yeah I did and alright how about this. It’s not just for mankind, it’s about revenge. Such as the fact your child actually deserved to die.

Mundus: What?

Vergil: Okay now he’s getting pissed.

Again I get the scene. I wanted to make something like this for years. A humorous and childish take on that scene. Yeah I did use Dante as some what of a mouth piece or I feel like I did. This was just Dante calling bullshit on that speech. I’ll be honest don’t take this seriously because it’s a joke. Tags dealt with hope no body minds this in the Dante Sparda and Vergil Sparda tags.

Taking "self-love" very literally.

I don't get why people hate on reboot Vergil so much, he's an interesting antagonist and I like that he worked with Dante for most of the story. People hate him for the abortion sniper moment but main Vergil killed 2 city populations worth of people so he's probably killed a lot more pregnant women than reboot counterpart.
