I knew like 3 things about the series when I started and all of them were from dmc5. I spent a lot of time missing Vergil... before he wrecked my property and beat my ass 10000 times

Here's another what if scenario there's a scene where Nero is in his devil trigger form and he's in shackles he's either in prison by the order or mundus and vergil finds Nero and moves to him kneeling in front of him gently reaching out to nero's face. Before Nero Nero knows that vergil had no idea about him existing before this point but he's better because Nero knows that vergil was once a loyal servant of mundus and even though Nero knows that vergil no longer is on Mundus's side he can't help but feel a little bitter about it. Vergil understand this and does something and knowing it ever expected him to do which is apologize saying how wrong he was to ever trust mundus and how he never intended for Nero to end up in this situation and how he would never let mundus hurt Nero.
I one of those dmc fans who believed Sparta loves Dante and Vergil and what's so madly in love with Eva he would worship her as a goddess if he could.
A picture of Sparta before he disappeared was in inventor and a damn good one who went by the name Sebastian sinclair. He was so good of an inventor that some of his inventions actually end up in in museums.
I also imagine Sparta being like a very worried parent because the demons powers develop unpredictably so like every time like Dante and Vergil would get mad Sparta would immediately start to worried. Sparta would be the type of parent to go overboard with a baby proofing.
He would just be that overprotective of a father
Like say a demon started attacking the house Sparta would say something like.
"silence! I just put my sons down for a nap!"
Vergil X Lady is such a wild ship concept to me that I honestly kinda ship it.
Also
Danlady ship is enemies to friends to lovers
While Verlady is enemies to lovers
Lady giving birth to baby Eva while choking Dante screaming "you put me into this situation."
Dante pretending he doesn't enjoy being choked while also trying not to pass out.
Vergil videotape the whole thing going down smirking maniacally.
Ok, im bored and sick so im going to write down some headcanons I have for DMC 5 Vergil.
Headcanons (some of these I completely pulled out from my ass because I can't even tell what's canon and what isn't anymore).
Even though daddy Sparda taught him how to wield a sword and fight, I like to imagine he had a mentor or two before he arrived in Fortuna.
During those years, the guy basically lived on the streets. He did whatever he had to do to survive, took on a new name, and grew to hate humanity and their bullshit more and more.
The fact that V doesn't even know how to eat a hamburger tells me his life wasn't just deprived of human pleasures by choice; he also grew up without ever really having access to them.
Even so, his education, his tendency to use pompous language, and his tactical way of thinking were probably shaped by his need to escape his miserable life. I imagine him spending hours in public libraries (maybe because he could sleep there or be warm), or straight-up stealing books whenever he had the chance.
I like to think he snuck into movie theaters every now and then and fell in love with Hollywood's Golden Age films. (He is a sappy person i can tell)
Art was always his escape from reality, and sometimes I think it's the only thing he truly considers worthwhile about humanity.
I don't think Nero's mother was just some random woman. I think he genuinely loved her, and she was probably incredibly kind to him.
I don't think he was naïve about sex. He probably witnessed it or heard about it growing up. (Or maybe he read about it in a public library—I wouldn't rule that out.) That said, I don't think he had the slightest clue how contraception worked, and figured nothing would happen if it was only once or if it was their first time.
Afterward, I think he felt ashamed. Like he'd allowed himself to be too vulnerable. Maybe he even thought, "This is exactly why my father isn't around us anymore." And that's when he left, making the final decision to cut himself off from the human world.
He doesn't want to talk about her with Dante because he doesn't want the memory of that experience to be tainted.
He doesn't love her anymore (sorry im not that romantic i guess), and I don't think he even thinks about her these days. She only came back to mind after he found out Nero existed.
Idk how to end this bc Im not good at writing... so yeah... thanks for reading
Practice male anatomy sketch of Vergil because I NEED TO SEE THOSE DAMN BACK MUSCLES!!!
