Hearty beef sausages cooked in a slightly sweet and spicy tomato sauce.
Makes 4 serves Ingredients
6 Richmond Meat Free Sausages
1 Onion Finely Sliced
1 Apple Finely Sliced
250ml Vegetable Stock
1 Can Chopped Tomato
2 Tablespoons Brown Sauce/HP
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Cornflour
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
Handful of Sultanas
Cook sausages, remove from pan and slice into chunks.
Fry onion, sultanas and apple for a few minutes.
Add everything else.
Cook until sauce has thickened a little.
Serve with Mash Potato, Peas and Cauliflower.
