Regro best dad au
I think something possessed me when coming up with this au.
soon after Regro take sin Mash, he starts seeing some handsome man. Sure he’s a little strange and outright murderous at times, but he made Regro happy. Regro spends his time between the man and his newborn son. Most of the time is spent with his son.
the man is innocent zero whose trying to find a way into a noble family for some plot of his and thought Regro was easier to manipulate than his other options.
dating arc continues and innocent zero becomes curious about the son Regro loves so dearly. Regro doges the question and hurries home, not knowing innocent zero is following him.
Regro begs innocent zero to not report Mash to the bureau of magic and innocent seeing a chance to manipulate says of course he won’t, in fact why don’t they come live with him. It’ll be much safer than the woods.
the two end up marrying and Regro and Mash move in.
What follows is Regro trying to bond with his new step-children, finding out innocent zero is bad parent, and a healthy dose of heart attacks with the threat of dying around every corner of that house.
One afternoon when innocent zero is gone, Regro signs divorce papers and takes all of their children to live without their father’s influence.
the children (who lowkey are touch starved and realized that Regro’s love is unconditional) follow suit.
Regro manages to curb some of the children’s more destructive habits (Deliaster and famine).
Doom even becomes a Divine Visionary. He makes his pops so proud.
epidem creates a potion so Mash can has a false magic line and be able to attend school.
Regro -“oh Eidem, you thoughtful child~”
then Mash gets caught before Doom can succeed in changing the law for him.
