truth be told, tobi hadn’t slept in a little over 2 days. his eyes stung, his lungs felt cakey. he’d smoked more than half of his usual intake of cigarettes during the past couple of days. the headaches were dulled with a heavy dose of whatever it was he brought off of that kid he met at the bar three nights ago. every other human that walked passed him looked to be a blur. he couldn’t make out the males from the females, the elderly from the young - let alone find someone he might recognize. sniffing, the brunet reached up to rub his nose against the back of his hand and offered the moving figure before him a cautionary smile. “a’ight...can i help you?”
