thank you for your advice i’m sorry i just saw it this morning.  it was terrifying.  pretty much all of my fingers have cuts (who knew working in a chemist was so dangerous) but there are two that are worse than other and i couldn’t do anything last night.  i managed to get one of the hooks undone and then i managed to squeeze out of it and pull it off like a top.  not fun
