damn. this barebones stuff was not Bare nor Bones☝️ this all took like 5 days to get together🧎
got the town ui basics down🫡
I say "basics", tho the only other things I need to do are make a more fitting option select & add a little smth to the message box.
Extra stuff would be like a Party HUD in the message box zone when no text is being displayed, and a sorta logo for each location.
instead of "so there's this tower and/or tree" for my dungeon crawler ideas, i keep going "so there's this dragon"
many of my dungeon crawler ideas take place in very different areas (an island continent, floating sky island archipelago, a library, a dungeon made for very tiny people), but there's almost always some damn Dragon involved or running the show
i know i want the battle system for Marvelous Destruction: Gera Elemos (mdge) to be on a grid like Grand Knights History and Mistover (tries to think of a game with more than 5 fans) and thats all i got.
But, I don't know if I want character skills to draw from a shared MP/resource pool like I did for One Final Burial (which is also done in Grand Knights History), or if i want a more traditional separate MP/resource pool for everyone. Both have their appeal... Much to think about.
