You can’t take stuff from a dump??? JESUS WHAT THE HELL ITS GARBAGE
i can if nobody is looking but when there are people watching they will tell you to put stuff back if it's electronics or something. something to do with if i bring a computer back from the dump and it shorts out and burns my house down they are liable for it. they always bring all the electronics to the building and put them all in one dumpster i should just go sneak in one night after they close and get all the good stuff.
