made a quick piece yesterday because I had another idea to add to Reagan's mental state!!

it's always been an idea of mine for her to feel a connection to the people she kills because she herself believes she is rotting or dead somehow.

now that could be a manifestation of her physical and mental state deteriorating, or connected to the power she believes that eating someone holds.

also btw I posted a rant of Reagan's basic backstory on youtube if anyone wants to see it!!

this is an au btw, they never meet before Murkoff, but not like Coyle would recognize her anyway 💀

idea is Reagan passing through his town on the run / move, and she has a knack for attracting men and also distracting the police when she commits a crime. he'd probably end up chatting about his latest investigation with no idea it's probably her doing

also I gave Reagan a birthmark on her forehead!! I accidentally got a smudge on one of my sketches but I lowkey liked it

Got a tip from an old buddy of mine, Francis. Don’t know if you remember him, but he’s got some news he thought I should hear, and I think you should too.

He was suspicious of his old friend’s wife, now the friend’s dead and he’s thinking it’s connected to a bunch of murders in Huntsville and even more on the West Coast.

Person of interest is the wife, Devon Darch, although I’m running a background check on her while I’m in Alabama talking to Francis.

(Note: “Huntsville Slaughterhouse” refers to a bunch of murders in Huntsville, though most bodies were recovered in a Hillsboro slaughterhouse, despite the approximately 40 mile difference.)
