Didn't know you liked Escaflowne. I really like the series myself. Van/Hitomi is one of my (many) OTPs.
Well, to be fair, it was one of those series I watched when I was a kid - and it was such a short series that it came and went before I got to see it all or watch it on repeat like I like to do. Lol. It was like Zoids: Chaotic Century or Metabots or Beyblade or Cardcaptor Sakura. I tried like crazy to watch it when I could and I liked or loved what I got to see, but I never got to see it all. (Though the movie was outstanding; a little odd and confusing in some places since it basically recreated the characters and plot, but still way good imo.)
Still, YEAH, Van/Hitomi is awesome. :-D I always got a laugh from the fact that the same voice talents behind the dubbed versions of Miroku and Sango from Inuyasha provided the voices for Van and Hitomi as well. Lol.
