Hinawa, how did you give birth to twins in an environment without painkillers or even in a hospital?

"I wish I could make a bold statement that pure love of my beautiful kids helped me to fight past the pain, but Reggie is actually a mighty wise herbalist who found out you can make pain relievers from some flowers. I believe he called them Poppies. He's a tad shy about sharing the recipe since it works pretty well. Still, even without the kind help of our friends, Lucas and Claus are worth any pain that can befall me. I'm sure your momma would happily say the same to you dear, if you ask."
