Frown had settled on his face the moment he entered his building, the sign catching his eye immediately as he heard footsteps behind him. Glancing at the man who he'd seen come out of the apartment opposite, though the pair rarely spoke. Ideal neighbour really - quiet and unintrusive. "Elevator's out." The clipped nature of his tone showing his displeasure at the situation rather than having an issue with his neighbour. Eyes flickered over him, noting the bags in his arms before making an offer. "You need a hand with those?" They were going the same way anyway, nothing wrong with trying to be a little neighbourly for once.
