7. The Child Thief by Brom (really really dark retelling of Peter Pan me likey)

9. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern (both because it was really good and because lexa and I read this one to each other)
10. Harry Potter (ok I caved and added it to the list cause they were super important to me growing up and they still are)
