The Vista of Dewey Point

From Badger Pass, Issa and I strapped on rented snowshoes and hiked 3.5 miles to Dewey Point to see the beautiful views. The round trip snow shoe trek of over 7 miles was kind of a challenge for first time snow shoers like ourselves. I wish we had rented hiking poles and gotten better shoes for the hike!

At Dewey Point, we couldn’t see much as the fog and snow came down on us. The experience was definitely worth it. I’ll never forget the beautiful forest meadows and the peaceful trails.
