so i switched from methylphenidate to dexamphetamines and they work so so much better. my executives are finally functioning

however

the anxiety is through the fucking roof! like i'm just sitting here shaking, heart beating fast, over literally nothing. it's annoying

upping my antidepressants (sertaline) worked for like a week, but now the Fear is back again. it's really debilitating

did anyone go through something like this? any tips? i'm using everything in my arsenal for the anxiety, because i really don't want to go off these meds, but it's getting a bit much. maybe beta blockers?

My new meds are making it really hard to eat. 

I’m sick right now and I know I need to give my body fuel to fight off the infection, but oh my god, I just... I really don’t want to eat. I know I have to, and so I want to just eat the simplest thing I possibly can- oats or chicken thigh or something- but there’s very little nutritional content in them.

I’m out of potatoes or I’d be eating them instead. 

Damn it.
