[ Dex’s POV ]

First day of being a senior. Great. Mum said it would be perfectly fine, not so much what I’m thinking. Based on all of my other horrible high school years, I’m not expecting anything different. 

My day had already began to droop poorly into the category of worst first day so far. The freshmen on the bus were extremely loud and quite obnoxious. My teachers didn’t accept some of the forms I had brought in from the open house. To top it all off, I had a bitch teacher. Mrs. Yanley, fuck her. God knows that the only thing she will be talking about all year is her dogs. Typical.

Third period was over, the chiming of the bell rung through empty white hallways that soon were filled to the brim with Seniors. Hmph, right away you can see the groups of ‘cliques’. You’ve got the girls who sit in front of their lockers, checking and fixing their makeup to impress others.  Nerds, hanging out over in the corner, trying to be avoided by their peers. Everyone seems to fit in some sort of group. 

But I don’t fit with anyone. The only friend I had was Seamus. He meant the world to me. We spent every waking hour together, ever since we were little kids. Who would have ever thought we liked each other more than friends. 

Speaking of Seamus, I haven-. My track of thought was whisked away in a flash. All of my attention was on the tall, slender boy. His lanky, white lily limbs moving swiftly down the hallway. The boy I had known all my life. His hair a mixed blonde with that single lock of milky white. 

It was Seamus, the boy I had fallen in love with…

God damn it! I keep seeing fricking posts about dexpkc, what SSoH stands for, Dex is a creature, the curly long locks of Seamus are gone, and I keep looking at the creatures YouTube and nothing! Fuck I so wish I was fucking there... Fuck. IM LOSING MY DAMN MIND HERE
