What would you say Dexus' strengths and weaknesses are?

He’s strong as fuck bro!!!!! Not a single weakness in this manly man!!!!!!! HURDHDURHJ

No but he has a lot of weaknesses, lol. I feel like they come out A LOT when he’s mind controlled by Tartar in OE, because that entire situation was basically a trip down memory lane to remind him what a disposable soldier/child/friend he is. 🤪 So, obviously, on that note, he’s wicked insecure. But like he has that kind of insecurity that is so heavily masked under layers and LAYERS of ego and overconfidence that you wouldn’t know unless you’re like. Eli (8 & boyfriend) And that’s it. LOL. Uhh, he has a hair trigger temper. Goes out of way, sometimes, to pick a fight with damn near anyone. He’s hasty in battles, relies a lot on his size and speed to take down enemies; not without good reason, mind you, because it usually works. He has zero filter, hardly knows how to read a room and just says whatever the hell is on his mind. He’s somewhat childish and, early on, very (willfullly) ignorant to the consequences of his actions. I will say though, he does learn! He just needs. a lifetime of therapy.

Strengths though...... he’s very committed. To his work, to his family, to that which he loves and wants to protect! Truly, he does have a heart of gold, and wants to do the right thing. Genuinely. He’s the type to throw himself on the frontlines to protect others. EXTREMELY passionate....this boy is almost constantly fired up about something. (Catch him ranting about his favorite movies for like 2 hours straight.) He’s very intuitive when it comes to strategy and intelligence gathering! Always aims to be creative with his surroundings. He acts like he doesn’t care a lot of the time, but in truth he cares more than anyone on the planet. For sure more kind than he lets on. He’d probably drive you to the airport at 4 am. He gets a lot of his strength from the people around him, (as much as he doesn’t acknowledge that) despite being fairly introverted, and shows it with more action than fancy words. Deep......deep down he is an oversized german shepard puppy who needs love to survive 😔

There’s probably a lot more that I’m not thinking of right now, but that’ll probably come to me if I can figure out where all my fic writing juice went. THANK U FOR THE ASK......

Unrequited love -  one-sided love is love that is not openly reciprocated or understood as such by the beloved. The beloved may not be aware of the admirer's deep and strong romantic affection, or may consciously reject it.

You can want them to be happy, and be glad that they are, but knowing you aren’t the one that makes them happy....still hurts.
