Admittedly, Armitage may not have been paying much attention to what was going on in his immediate vicinity. He hadn’t even heard news that a ship had touched down, nor that the accompanying visitors on said ship were people he knew.
One in particular he’d taken an immediate shine for.
When the hand lands in the distracted teenager’s hair, ruffling the red strands up and out of place, Armitage had huffed out an exclamation of disbelief as seafoam hues tore from the datapad he’d been paying attention to. But when he’d noticed just who it was that had dared, the sharp words that had jumped to mind died on his tongue and instead he grinned.
“Obi-Wan!” Armitage felt the slight tells of sheepishness grip him for having been so out of touch with his surroundings, but he shook that off quickly, “I didn’t know you were coming--...”
