My concentration part 2

The first piece was my final piece senior year and the largest I’ve ever worked (48 x 48)

My concentration senior year was the visual aesthetic of man-made structures (buildings, cars, other abandoned things) being taken back by nature. Almost like nature repairing the damage humans have done to it’s planet. Heavy inspiration from The Last Of Us, especially in the first drawing.

My visual thread was bees, obviously. I love to draw them, they are very cute and they are in danger! Save the bees!

ㅤㅤ“that was a close match, you almost had me.” they had been playing cards for a couple of hours while surrounded by pastries and other delicacies, each bite a quarter of their time spent together, so engrossed they were in domesticity. furina was quick to understand how every tcg rule worked and to come up with combos and strategies for her plays, even if they weren’t completely familiar with all possible units yet—impressive would be the best way to describe such a feat, truly. she constantly almost beat him, a seasoned player, with his very own decks, too. imagining her in cat’s tail during duel days was really fun, they could go there someday. what he liked the most though, was how quickly and genuinely excited she got. that loose smile with bits of sugar on her cheek really suited her… so much so that he contained a chuckle behind his hand. so cute.
