Oh hello just an update

Hey everyone, hope you haven't minded all my instagram posts on my blog. So you have ADD, Not ADHD!!! I don't find many other people who have ADD so it's great when I find them. :D Plus it's rare to find people who even know what ADD is, they'll have heard of ADHD but not ADD so it's cool to find someone else who has it.

Oh my gosh, you have no idea how wonderful it is to “meet” someone who has ADD and knows what it is! And yes, I’ve never met anyone who knows what ADD is and what the difference between ADD and ADHD is and I usually explain it like this: “It’s like ADHD without the Hyperactivity. I have all the other symtoms of ADHD but it’s all happening on the inside”. But they still don’t quite get it... I think it’s because you literally can’t tell from meeting me that I have a disorder and they find it hard to grasp, simply because you can’t see it. If that makes any sense?And it’s so nice to hear someone else use the term ADD. Because I don’t care if it’s not the ‘official’ term anymore, it’s my bloody disorder and I’m going to label it the way I’ve always done. So they can take their “ADHD Inattentive Type” term, which only makes it even more difficult to explain it to other people, and shove it where the sun don't shine.Lots of hugs to you and I wish you a glorious day/night<3If anyone here wants to know what ADD is and how it differs from ADHD according to me and my personal experience then you can read about it here :)
