Okay, so, what if Road's real body is actually Katerina's?

It would explain why she cares so much about Mana and (probably) Nea, why she goes by her Noah name and why Cross told Allen to find Katerina at the mansion because she knows the truth. Hoshino told us that Road knows basically everything.

Ok but look listen to me in the arc why does road use lenalee specifically to catch lavi off guard first with her corpse and then with the knife it's his first memory of seeing her that road forces on him while he's trying to cut his way through the members of the order while he's trying to stay impartial hes shown his apathy for other people when he first arrived at the order than immediately a memory of eating with lenalee and her casually telling him hes their friend why did road choose her specifically

Allen's her final blow but lenalee's the catalyst to his existential crisis why why did road choose her she can see into his memories so she knows who would hurt the most

Honestly i was like road can see his memories but tbh she prob got all she needed to know while they were eating dinner watching how he reacted to finding out the rest of the arc was gone along with kanda and krory how he reacted to finding out how close allen was to dying when tyki hurt him watching him comfort lenalee god hes actually so easy to read lmao

That plus her already knowing what being a bookman entails he was so screwed from the get go

going through vol 28's q&a section again and like

what the fuck did he mean by that what's suspicious about lenalee's records i was under the impression that everyone knew about her order origin story like is her past just a secret to the people in universe or is there something else about her files that's odd that we the audience don't know about yet what's in them that's got lavi suspicious in the same way that he was about kanda's

which by the way makes total sense that the order would cover that up in kanda's files they were committing crimes against humanity in a very literal way but last time i checked there wasn't anything of that sort in lenalee's past unless we just don't have the full picture

which leads me to my next thought of like. if we're getting this hinted at now. does that mean we're going to be seeing more of best girl lenalee. does she have an upcoming arc. that would be nice ;;v;;

im rereading dgrays again and like. thinking back to when ppl used to make posts calling lenalee a mary sue and like. im so confused over it. like setting aside the misogynistic use of the term mary-sue for any female character ppl didnt like back then and also to stop ppl from making fun fem characters lol like. she isnt? she has huge flaws and isn’t overpowered at all in fact for the most part characters in dgm are p underpowered bc it’s a tragedy and theyre mostly kids fighting in a war. but also like. lenalee is traumatized. and it’s really obvious in how she responds to certain situations and the way she gets so attached to people so quickly.

Her getting angry over allen jumping into an explosion to save the akuma is selfish and it makes her interesting! like yeah it was dumb of allen to try to save it when it nearly gets him killed but she stops him bc it’d hurt her, bc her friends are her whole world and she’s so unstable that if anyone in her circle dies she’ll shut down, like she did when they all thought tyki had killed him. and i think a lot of the people in her life treat her delicately bc of it. is that healthy? no and it also doesnt mean shes everyone’s perfect little princess. it do mean she needs therapy tho jfc.

in conclusion i love this girl and i really want hoshino to bring her back bc i miss her thx for coming to my ted talk

hey good morning im here again and wanted to make a post about why i think the relationship between allen and lavi is so enjoyable to see, whether u see it as romantic or platonic, and i think it has to do with how they bring the kid out of each other

reading dgrays it’s rly easy to get caught up in the tough situations and inner and outer conflicts each character is going through and the big picture and the war theyre fighting etc etc but what i keep seeing whenever lavi and allen interact is how they each bring out each other’s playfulness and stubborness and yeah theyre fighting these horrible monsters but theyre competing to see who killed more and using rock paper scissors to decide who has to crack open a coffin and getting each other into trouble and laughing at each other and

when they do it’s hard to forget that these are two teenagers who care about each other and their friends in a time when it’s really hard to do so. And it’s both enjoyable and sad because it really reminds you that these are kids fighting in a war. and theyre constantly desperately grasping any opportunity for levity ;v;
