Knowing I’m allowed to fail when I’m doing my best is the best pressure reliever
It’s THE time to eat it 🍖 😋
So basically, Nathan’s proposed solution is to have the employer create clearly defined procedures on how to do the job so that the employees can have something to place their confidence in when doing their job
Seriously? Thats what this show is? And that’s supposed to be some groundbreaking revolutionary change in aviation industry?
I mean, I wholeheartedly believe in that. I agree with Nathan. We need rules, and we need to agree on and believe in them.
YESSSSS THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN SAYING. Rules and enforcement of the rules give us the structure we as humans need to feel free, safe, and happy.
And if Nathan’s solution is all about pushing for defined rules that everyone can agree on and believe in, then what is all that other than politics? It sounds like going to Congress is indeed the answer. But from what I’ve seen, the government can never make everyone happy. With whatever new changes in law, for however many people that are happy, there’s always some that are unhappy. So, if everyone’s not happy, could this even ever be called a solution?
This feeling I’m feeling… it’s stirring and kinda new to me. I’m frustrated and annoyed. Yet at the same time, I’m excited and entertained. I see and appreciate the comedy. It’s like… “big” comedy. Big ideas that need a little bit of digesting for the funny to kick in
Like I said a long time ago, this man is a man of talent.
I think I just discovered a new trick
Taking joy in the expression of anger
The soul in celebration of truth
A flexing of the heart muscle
A mastering of the mind
If it doesn’t strike fear and tension in others, then I’m not doing it right
I can be angry AND feel great about instead of feeling wrong and guilty like I was taught
Whoa I didn’t know about codes and code enforcement
I used to think since a shopping center is private property, there was nothing anyone could do. Like, it’s their property and they can choose whatever rules they wanna have and enforce
But turns out that’s not the case. Hell yeah!!
