Good news - the puppets’ adventures aren’t over yet, though it’s unclear in what fashion they will continue in. What do you think about the other things mentioned in the interview, like reigning in the gore? And I wonder who the “him” mentioned at the end is?

The whole "gore but not for shock value" thing is one of my favorite parts of DHMIS; it focuses on deep-seated dread and existentialism instead of just being gory for the sake of being gory. I also agree with the scene they mentioned cutting back, as it would've undermined the entire joke they were going for. (Though I do wonder what other cuts they made. I went over this more in my episode ranking, but Episode 2 in particular felt like it could've used a skosh more horror.)

The "him" is probably referring to Yellow Guy, as he has yet to find the next staircase. Could also possibly be Duck as he has yet to question reality without dying instantly.

Right as I was wondering if the guys still planned on more DHMIS stuff, Becky basically confirmed with this picture that they’re still thinking about it. Maybe the nature of this one is teasing something about what they have planned, but I highly doubt it.
